JetPortal is an on board Portal which allows passengers equipped with Laptops or PDA to perform registration, login, authentication, payment transactions with credit cards and service purchase without crew intervention.

Passengers browsers are redirected to JetPortal where they can register, login and perform the necessary credit card transactions which allow access to on board services.

Upon succesfull payment, the passenger balance can be used to purchase any kind of services on board, ranging from Duty Free, Internet Access, VoIP calls, etc.

The transactions are performed by the passengers by entering credit card details and do not require the assistance by the crew nor the necessity for an on board POS.

Transactions are securely performed in real time using a ground based payment processor and are guaranteed for privacy. JetPortal can be configured according to the policy of the airline in terms of security and privacy requirements

JetPortal has been tested to work with most popular browsers running on Windows, Linux, MacOS, Windows Mobile , Symbian such as Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari, Opera and others.

JetPortal checks automatically the passenger terminal and browser capabilities and optimizes the pages accordingly, simplyfying for example the page content for PDA without configuration.

JetPortal supports multilanguages, multicurrency. An interface with Airline Miles Programs allow also payment using passenger miles.
